Obituary

Dunnellon - Luann Marie Diakos, 58, of Dunnellon, Florida, went home to Jesus Friday, October 24, 2008 in Ocala. Born January 4, 1950 in Columbus, Ohio, daughter to the late Charles and Anna (Korhan) Noble, she came to Florida as a teenager from Columbus, Ohio. Luann was an Optician and owned and operated Luann's Optical of Dunnellon. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church of Ocala. She enjoyed cross-stitching and loved spending her tome with family and her "four-legged friends." She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Michael M. Diakos, Dunnellon, 2 sons; Michael A. Diakos and Marc F. Diakos and daughter Michele Diakos, all of Dunnellon. The funeral services will be held on Sunday, November 2, 2008 at 2:00PM at Friendship Baptist Church, Ocala with Pastor Randall Brown officiating. Burial will follow at Dunnellon Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
