Obituary

James Lamar Scott, 84, of Dunnellon, died Tuesday, July 21, 2009, in Summerfield, Fla.
He was born in Perry, Fla., and had resided in Crystal River and Dunnellon area since 1967. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Dunnellon, a U.S. Army veteran of WW II, and a retired master mechanic from Fla. Power Corp.
Survivors include his sons, Leo Scott of Lady Lake, Fla., and Robert Scott of Dunnellon, Fla.; daughter, Patsy Aguiar of Conifer Co.; brother, Morris "Pete" Scott and sister, Vertice Farmer, both of Perry, Fla.; 7 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren. Roberts Funeral Home of Dunnellon.
